Quality Control Process

Quality is integrated into every stage of our production workflow. We follow a structured quality control system designed to meet international market expectations.

1. Pre-Production

  • Fabric and Trim Approval: Inspecting all incoming fabrics for weight, shrinkage, colorfastness, and composition against your standards. All trims (zippers, buttons, labels) are inspected against quality and correctness standards before cutting begins.

  • Production Kick-off Meeting: Our production and QC managers review the approved sample and tech pack with the floor team to ensure every detail is understood.

2. During Production (In-Line QC)

  • First Piece Check: The first garment off the line is thoroughly checked against the Pre-Production Samples (PP sample). No further production continues until it is approved.

  • In-Line Production Checks: Supervisors conduct detailed checks during cutting, sewing, and assembly for consistency, stitch quality, and measurements to catch issues immediately.

3. Pre-Final Inspection

  • After assembly, each garment is inspected for construction, measurement, and workmanship.

4-Point Garment Inspection: Each selected garment undergoes a rigorous check:

  • Visual: Fabric flaws, color consistency.

  • Measurements: Compared to the spec sheet tolerance.

  • Construction: Seam strength, stitch quality, durability.

  • Finishing: Labeling, packaging, pressing

4. Final Inspection (AQL)

  • Before packing, a statistically significant sample from each order is rigorously inspected based on the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) for construction, measurement, stitching, and finishing for standards to ensure bulk consistency.

5. Shipment Audit

  • Final check of packaging, labeling (including compliant country-of-origin marking). Products are only packed and shipped after passing our strict internal benchmarks.
